KAO JAM is origin from thai....but slowly it become famous among kelantanese. hehe
It look slightly alike with Nasi Kerabu, but it's not. The rice is green in color !
DO u know why it's called KAO JAM ???
KAO mean 'the rice' whereas JAM mean 'gaul' or 'mixing all'
Look at the last picture then u'll know why it named KAO JAM.
